Since 2019, Angels Monitoring has supported families across the country, with Portland as our home base here in Oregon. Our local monitors know the courts, neighborhoods, and communities throughout the Portland metro area, including Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas Counties. Because we use a community-based approach, we come to you. Whether that’s a park in Southeast Portland, a library in Beaverton, or a public spot in Gresham or Hillsboro. We’ll help you choose a location that works for your family, and we provide monitoring in any weather. While Portland is our base, our network serves families all over Oregon.

We specialize in community-based supervised visitation, along with standard supervised visits, therapeutic visitation, Zoom visitation, and elder conservatorship services. Each visit is tailored to your family’s needs and your children’s ages. Since our visits are community-based, we can meet you at your home or at a public place in Portland that works for you, like Laurelhurst Park, Peninsula Park, OMSI, or another spot that’s right for your children.

Our Visitation Process

You don’t need a court order or referral to use our services, whether you came through Multnomah County Family Court Services or found us on your own. Contact us to see how a professional monitoring agency can help. We’ll guide you through the intake process, explain each step, and create a plan just for your family so you know exactly what to expect.

Professional Standards

At Angels Monitoring, we hold ourselves to the highest standards to ensure the well-being of the families we serve.

Our monitors are trained to recognize and report any safety concerns or violations, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.

All our staff are certified in CPR, AED and First Aid to handle emergencies with confidence and care.

Minimum of 24 hours of training consisting of SVN training, child development, neutral party observation, de-escalation techniques, and clear and effective documentation.

BA in social work, psychology, or other related degree preferred.
